Testimonials

“This seminar has helped me uncover and overcome many of my weaknesses as a leader. Though there is always room to grow, I know that I am a much more effective manager for having taken this course and will become an even better leader through practicing the key concepts we have learned. I am already seeing many improvements at work and in my personal life, and I know there are more to come. The feedback I have received is invaluable.”

“My definition of leadership has changed a lot over the years, but never more so than the lessons and concepts that I have learned in this course. This course has taught me a lot of new things that I plan on implementing into my professional and personal life, as well as confirming many other things that I had already learned about leadership through some great examples in my life. I hope that I can use the things that I have learned in this course to benefit myself and others as I move into the professional world and gain more responsibility and learn to lead more people.”

“Over the course of this seminar my understanding of what it means to be a leader has changed. I now have a more complete understanding of how to recognize situations, organize my thoughts, motivate through needs, elicit good communication, and adapt to the situation at hand. This seminar was very useful in helping me identify areas where I need improvement. It also then gave me the tools I need to make those improvements so that I am able to become the most effective leader I can be.”

“The beautiful thing of this class is that it provided me with the necessary input to break the cycles of ineffective leadership and start the road to improvement. Overall, this class has provided me with an incredibly useful framework through which to assess my leadership skills and how to improve my people skills in general. My propensities and abilities as a leader prior to taking the Leadership Through People Skills seminar were good. This class have given me very practical and real-world opportunities to hone my leadership skills.”

“I found this to be one of the most interesting and helpful classes I have ever taken. As an accountant the subject of most of my classes has been rules, regulations, theories, and other people. In “Leadership Through People Skills Seminar” the subject was myself. I learned a great deal about myself and how I act around others. I surprised myself by learning that I am aggressive, and that I can channel this to be a good leader and I look forward to doing so.”

“I have been able to learn what my biggest flaws in the workplace are. Being told to sit down and figure out what my flaws were, was one of the greatest things that I could have been told to do. I will now view the way that I work differently. I believe that every manager should have their employees lay out their weaknesses and their strengths. As I make my way to a management position, I will take this with me and implement it. I would like to see what my coworkers do best and what they could improve on. If I was asked these months ago or even years ago, I could have saved myself a ton of time not doing others work but doing mine instead. I would want all my workers to be able to have this opportunity.”
